Perhaps we have been misled by a society continuously driving us to discover our “inner peace” as if it were a tangible treasure. Perhaps that particular quest is futile. Perhaps inner peace is attained when we accept the realities of the void and the vacuum of loneliness; when we learn to be comfortable in our own space; disconnecting entirely from all reliance’s and dependencies.
