Unquestionably, one of the great highlights of my life was when I was invited by the organisers of the Telkom-sponsored \"Night Of The Poets\" event, to read four poems 'In Praise of Women' at a gala function held on 6th August 2003 at the Sandton Convention Centre to celebrate National Womens' Day. I wrote \"Gentle Woman\" specifically for this occasion. \nThese are the four poems that I presented at the event.\n  \u2666 Gentle Woman\n  \u2666 I Always Knew There Were Angels\n  \u2666 For Women With Dreams\n  \u2666 For Career Women\nMy privilege was to present my poetry alongside several of South Africa's most acclaimed poets. These included: Masello \"Modjadji\" Motana, Diana Ferrus, Sandile Dikeni, Marie Beytell and Lebo Mashile.\n\n<\/pre>\n
